Little web presence to real website.
Restaurants, salons, barbershops, handymen, tour operators. You've already got customers finding you on Facebook, Instagram, or word of mouth, and CoquiWeb builds the site that gives it all a home: fast, easy to find on Google, and built to work on a phone in the bright sun.
See the style in action.
CoquiWeb is taking on its first clients, so here are four demo builds, each showing a different thing your site could do.
Golden Wok
A simple, basic-tier restaurant site with the essentials done well: full menu, hours, location and map, one-tap calling, and Uber Eats and DoorDash order buttons.
See the demo site →Manos a la Obra
A demo for a home-repair and handyman service, built around one job: a customer picks what they need, sees an instant ballpark estimate, and requests an exact quote in a couple of taps.
See the demo site →Café Altura
A real working e-commerce demo with a functional cart, quantities, live totals, and a full checkout flow. Shows what's possible beyond a contact form.
See the demo site →Lacada
A real appointment-booking demo: pick a service, day, and time, with already-booked slots marked. Built for salons, barbershops, clinics, or any business that runs on appointments.

Founding client offer
My first three Puerto Rico clients get online booking set up free, a $150 value. In exchange: a short testimonial, and permission to feature your finished site here as a case study. The $10/month add-on still applies.
Three things that come standard.
Most projects start with little or nothing online (Facebook, Instagram, or just word of mouth), and I build up from there.
Bilingual by default
Sites built for how Puerto Rico actually reads, in English, Spanish, or both, without it feeling bolted on.
Found on Google
Local search basics done right, so "restaurante cerca de mí" has a real chance of finding you.
Built for a phone
Built and tested on an actual phone, on actual mobile data, not just a laptop in an office.
Straightforward pricing.
Build fee once, then a small monthly plan to keep it running. You'll spend about 30 minutes on this, and not in one sitting. I send you a short list of questions you can answer whenever you get a minute, pull your photos and details from Facebook and Instagram, write the copy myself, and come back with a real site for you to react to. You don't write anything, and you don't gather anything.

New menu? New hours? Text me a photo.
Closing early on Monday. Prices went up. A typo you spotted at 3am. Send it to me and I make the change, usually the same day. You never log into a dashboard, you never learn a new tool, and you never sit in a support queue waiting on a company that doesn't know your name.
- Up to 2 content updates a month, done by me. Not a help article showing you how to do it yourself.
- A reply within one business day. From me, not a ticket number.
- Hosting, security monitoring, backups, and uptime alerts running quietly in the background.
Let customers book you online.
For salons, barbershops, clinics, tour operators, and anyone who runs on appointments. Customers pick a service and a time on your site in English or Spanish, get a confirmation email, and the appointment lands on your phone calendar automatically. No more booking in your Instagram DMs, and no more double-booking yourself.
- Bilingual booking on your site
- Confirmation and cancellation emails
- Appointments sync to your phone calendar
- Dashboard to see and manage your day
Founding client offer: my first three Puerto Rico clients get the $150 setup free. Booking runs on paid services that cost money every month, so it's priced separately instead of buried in the Care Plan.
What you can hold me to.
Hiring someone to build your website means trusting them with something that matters. These are the parts I put in writing.
Your domain and content are always yours
Your domain name and everything on your site belong to you: your photos, your words, your brand. That includes the copy I write for you. No lock-in and no hostage situations. If you ever decide to move on, I hand off your files. No drama.
Pay when you're happy
Start with a 50% deposit. The rest is due when your site goes live, after up to three rounds of revisions to get the details right. If you want changes beyond what we planned together, I quote those separately, so there are never surprises.
One fixed price, no surprises
The build price I quote is the build price you pay. Your quote also spells out the three things that sit outside it: your domain (a few dollars a year, paid to your registrar), your monthly Care Plan, and the booking add-on if you want it. Nothing else shows up later.
A real person who answers
You're not dealing with a call center or a chatbot. Text or WhatsApp me directly and you'll hear back within one business day. I'm right here in Puerto Rico.
Your booking data comes with you
If your site has online booking, the system runs on CoquiWeb's setup so you never have to manage it. Your appointments and customer list are always yours. If you ever move on, I export all of it for you and your website keeps working. The booking system itself lives on my setup, so that piece would need to be rebuilt elsewhere, and having your data makes that much easier.
You're never stuck
CoquiWeb is one person, and I'd rather be upfront about that. If I ever stop taking clients, you get 60 days notice, all your files, and my help moving your site somewhere else. Your domain is already in your name, so nothing waits on me.
Four stages, in order.
Most sites go live in two to three weeks. The clock starts when you send your answers back.
Discover
I start with what you've already got, whether that's Facebook, Instagram, or just a clear idea of the business. Nothing gets lost in the move, and I map what the site still needs to do.
Design
Static comps to agree on direction fast, then a working prototype in the browser as early as possible.
Build
Semantic, accessible, and fast. Every page loads well under two seconds on an average connection.
Launch
I stay through the first month of real traffic and real feedback, not just the handoff call.
Hi, I'm Aileen.
I was raised in Dorado and I live in Naranjito. I work in customer service for a software company, and I have a master's in Information Technology with a concentration in data analytics. Both of those show up in how I work: I know what it feels like to be stuck on the other end of a support queue, and I care whether your site actually does something for your business.
I started CoquiWeb because I lost count of how many times I went looking for a menu or a phone number and had to dig through someone's Facebook to find it, or landed on a site that had not been touched since 2003. Businesses that are good at what they do deserve better than that.
I keep a short client list on purpose. Every project gets my direct attention from the first message to the month after launch. There is no junior team to hand you off to halfway through.
The clients I most want to hear from are the ones still keeping appointments in a notebook or in their DMs. I built the booking system on this site myself, and helping someone stop losing appointments in their Instagram messages is my favorite part of this work.
Outside of work I have two pitbulls, Loki and Cerberus, who are extremely unhelpful during client calls.
Before you ask.
Couldn't I just build one myself with AI?
You could get a page made, sure. Then you need hosting, a domain pointed at it, someone to update it when your hours change, someone to fix it when it breaks, and all of it in two languages. That's the part that quietly doesn't happen, and a site nobody maintains stops working within a year. I do all of it, and you text me when something needs to change.
Why can't I just host the site myself?
Every site I build is hosted and maintained by CoquiWeb as part of the Care Plan, and that's not optional. In exchange, your site stays backed up, monitored, and updated without you having to think about it.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Your site stays live through the end of your last paid month.
How long does it take to build my site?
Most sites go live in two to three weeks. The clock starts when you send your answers back, so the faster you reply, the faster you launch.
Do I have to give up my social media?
Not at all. Your website works alongside your social media, not instead of it. Keep posting there exactly like you do now.
What's included in the Care Plan?
Hosting, security monitoring, backups, uptime alerts, and up to 2 content updates a month that I make for you. Send me a photo of the new menu or a message about changed hours and I handle it, usually the same day. You'll get a reply from me within one business day. E-commerce sites are $60/month instead of $40/month, since there's more to maintain: product catalog, cart, and payment integration.
How much work is this going to be for me?
About 30 minutes, and not all at once. I send you a short list of questions about what your business does and who you want walking through the door, and you answer them whenever you get a minute. I pull your photos and details from your Facebook or Instagram, write the copy myself, and show you a real site to react to. You tell me what to change. You don't have to write anything, sit on a scheduled call, or put a folder of photos together.
Can customers book appointments on my site?
Yes, as an add-on. Customers pick a service and a time in English or Spanish, get a confirmation email, and the appointment shows up on your phone calendar automatically. It's $150 to set up and $10/month on top of your Care Plan. It's priced separately because it runs on paid services that cost money every month. You can see it working on the Lacada demo.
Why does the E-commerce tier cost more?
An online store is more than a page with text and photos. It includes a product catalog, a real shopping cart, and a secure connection to Stripe to process payments. That setup takes more time to build, and the $60/month Care Plan covers the added upkeep of a system handling real payments, not just content.
Do I need my own Stripe account for my online store?
Yes. Payments from your store go directly to your bank account, not mine, so you'll need your own Stripe account (free to create). I walk you through it step by step during the build, and no technical experience is needed.
Who owns my domain name (yourbusiness.com)?
You do. You purchase your domain directly (usually through Hostinger, a few dollars a year), in your own name. CoquiWeb never buys or controls it on your behalf. I just need you to point the domain to CoquiWeb hosting, a quick step I'll walk you through. That way, if anything ever changes down the road, the domain is always yours.
Start a project.
Tell me what you're building and roughly when you'd like it live. I reply within one business day.
